Waverley Paddle Steamer
Join us for this fantastic day out on the Waverley Paddle Steamer sailing from Southwold down to the River Thames and through Tower Bridge.
Explore the River Thames and watch as London's Tower Bridge opens especially for you! Dine, relax with a drink in one of the restored period lounges, or simply watch the world slip by as you enjoy breath taking views. Sail from Southwold down to the River Thames and through Tower Bridge then coach return from London.
Waverley’s Dining Saloon, situated on the Main Deck is open throughout the cruise offering a range of snacks and hot food. From 12 noon, a selection of fresh soups, sandwiches, snacks and full meals. Passengers can sit in the Dining Saloon or take away to other areas of the ship. Hot drinks, soft drinks and cakes are also available.
It operates in a self-service/canteen style in order to ensure all passengers are able to enjoy a meal.
The Caledonia Tea Bar on the Promenade Deck offers a range of hot and cold drinks, soup, sandwiches, snacks, cakes and ice cream.
The Jeanie Deans Lounge on the Main Deck offers a relaxing atmosphere with excellent views of the passing scenery. A selection of hot and cold drinks are available as well as stronger refreshments.
The Talisman Bar located beneath the Dining Saloon offers a relaxing atmosphere serving a range of stronger refreshments.
