This morning you travel to Goathland. This peaceful village is very popular due to it being the filming location of TV's Aidensfield. Additionally, the train station was featured in the first Harry Potter film. While you're here, explore various Heartbeat locations, such as the hotel and the garage. The village also boasts charming gift shops to browse, and you might even spot sheep grazing on the green. After your visit here, you take a scenic journey through the Yorkshire Moors National Park before returning to the hotel.
Whitby & Railway
Whitby & North Yorkshire Moors Railway* (Full Day) - £36.00 per person
Your first destination today is Whitby, renowned for its links to Bram Stoker's Dracula. Take the opportunity to wander around the harbour or explore the charming streets filled with independent shops. If you're feeling adventurous, why not climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey. Afterwards, meet your driver at Whitby railway station to board the North Yorkshire Moors Railway heading to Pickering. Sit back and enjoy the journey as you pass through quaint village stations, all while enjoying the stunning scenery of the North Yorkshire Moors.
Filey

This morning you head to Filey, a charming town well known for its sandy beach and being proud of its rich heritage. After your visit here, you continue on to the Scarborough Fair Collection. There is so much to see here including steam engines, fairground and mechanical organs, fairground rides, vintage vehicles and much more.
