Currently our offices remain closed to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 however our telephones are manned during reduced office hours with minimal staff so please be patient if you cannot get hold of us straight away. Alternatively please drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.
Our website continues to be updated and the majority of our 2021 tours are now available for booking.
With regards to tours and excursions for 2020, we are working through current bookings in date order but all trips up until end July 2020 will unfortunately be cancelled. We will be in touch if your trip has been cancelled and you will be offered the chance to rebook an alternative trip or if you prefer you will be issued a credit refund note for holidays which can either go towards a future holiday or a refund once our company is back up and running at normal capacity. Please be rest assured any monies are guaranteed by the Bonded Coach Holidays.
If you wish to cancel any trip with us, normal cancellation fees apply.
Some of you may have children who travel with us to either Norwich School or Thomas Mills High School. Any payments that were made last year for the entire year will be reviewed at the end of the school term and we will be in touch in relation to sorting our appropriate credits for you.
The same applies to anyone who travels on our Norwich football routes, we will be in touch and thank you for your patience during this time.
So what are we doing?
Currently as I have stated we have minimal staff working but keeping things going behind the scenes. Not only are we sorting out the cancellations, we are planning our next season of trips out for you all to enjoy.
· We are preparing our offices and coaches for a return to work hopefully over the coming months and looking at ways in which we can make our customers feel at ease whilst booking and travelling on board.
· We are following government guidance at all times which is continually changing but at present we are social distancing school children at 2 meters however as capacity increases we need to look at alternatives to minimise the risk of the virus if we cannot keep to the 2 meter distance.
· At present we are discussing the idea of screens for our drivers, face coverings for all on board and alternative cleaning regimes including a fogging system.
· All coaches have had hand sanitiser on board prior to the lockdown back in March and something that will be available again when we get back on the road.
We are regularly contacting our staff members and engaging with them to any worries or concerns they have before returning to work.
We would like our passengers and staff to be assured that their health is a priority to us and we look forward to seeing you on board in the near future.
